You will need a lot of luck when drawing equipment and also a lot of coins, it might be better for you to focus on powering up your flower knights with manyu spirits first rather than upgrading equipment at your current level.

Thanks for the advice. I was planning on focusing on levelling my Flower Knights but now I can actually use my equipment seeds for something other then extra cash. XD
