I put it on Fritillaria, and would instantly do so again if I got any more rainbow skill blooms.
Simple reason: her ATK goes up by 2% every time a special ability is used, and increased skill comes with an increased chance for the skill to trigger, meaning her combat efficiency goes up slightly with more than 2%.

Alpinia (which i am actually using now) or any girl who have same ability. Life leech makes them survive literally 2X more if they use enough skills.

I gave one of mine to Hanamomo.

Daisy already has a pretty high proc rate at level 1, Dendrobium has her 2x skill self-buff, and I like Hanamomo more than Sakura and Alpinia.

If I had Dianthus though, I'd give her my other one.

Gave mine to Alpinia. Same with all the Ampys I have. Slowly beefing her up, if she gets multiple ULT procs per combat she alone can with team fights and stay at reasonable health (especially DEF and ATT manuys are good for this.).

Anyone knows what damage type the next (current) event girl is going to be ?

The one for the current event is hit (blue) again.
In a week and a half we'll get a pierce (yellow) girl event again.
After that, it's:
