Btw, what "special" animations have you guys noticed?
For example, Orchid Wydler has 3 moving animations: a neutral one, one with a >< face and one where she drags her pet along. Also, 2 different cheer animations.
Alpinia has 2 different neutral idling ones, and 1 more that has her holding a teddy bear (her preferred gift-type).
Mountain Lily sometimes uses 1 rapier when her skill procs, sometimes uses 2.
Edelweiss sometimes zips around on her weapon instead of running on foot.

The "weirdest" one I have seen is Cepha Lanthera's cheer animation. When she starts her cheer animation, sometimes her chest plate pops off and you eyes get graced with bouncing goodness. Try it out if you have her evolved, go to her animations page and keep switching between cheer and any other one, it'll happen. This, to me, feels the most out of place one. Not that I mind

(Yes, I have been that bored to mess around with animations)
Well, with your squad, I was able to 3-medal event map ?-3 AND get the chest at the bottom (big cake!).

I basically set up a unit named "The Slow Boats" where all my squads have less than 500 speed, one squad went as low as 399 (and was quite weak, to make sure they'd fail against the boss). So I put your squad on the top node, together with the weak/slow squad. The weak/slow squad would flip the blue arrows and barely beat the single group of pests on its way, but fail against the boss, and your speed squad cleaned out the pests hidden behind the flipnodes before any of the other squads reached the boss.

What!? I need to see that haha!

After lots of gardens, I've finally maxed out my team:

Total power is just above 380k (because of ampies). I've been pretty unlucky in premium pulls so far (getting 2 different 5* units from the guaranteed pulls was my only lucky break), so this is about how strong a non premium team can get. The only non-premium improvement I can make to power is maxing out my Saffron Tulip, which would add about 3k total power if I replace Cepha. Now I just need to hoard gems and make sacrifices to RNGesus for a 6*......

Kind of surprised that it takes a decent amount of 5* and/or 6* to break 400k though.

Regarding Piercing Girls, I have only Lilac and Mountain Lily above 3*...
So my collection of Yellow Manyus is a little too big IMO, I waste some of them on 2* and 3*

Well in the beginning there were only 4 Pierce characters in the 4* and 5* Category. :P

Their luck is just really good. :I
Edit: or they settled really early on the girls they are leveling and didn't give them to characters they later dropped.

Lots of sprites got heavily updated over time in the original DMM game.
Nutaku localizations being what they are, we are of course stuck with old sprites and art instead of newer upgraded ones. This happens everytime when a new game comes

I find it weird. We got some things that the JP version didn't start with, such as the "Gathering" mechanic, which makes the early grind for us easier. But they didn't update what really matters for this game, the girls and their new sprites. Which is a shame since the DMM version have recently been updating all the 4* girls with their own unique sprites, even though they matter less in the current JP version saturated with gold event units and reruns.
Now most players who started the Nutaku version will probably never see them since they will, or already have, gotten bored of the old copy pasted sprite models.

On a completely unrelated note, it's finally happened:
