Maintenance for the Reissue is still going on according to discord.

Edit: Or at the very least they haven't announced that the game is back up after said maintenance.

Edit 2: I decided to take the simple yet obvious solution of checking the game myself. The game is still there and it loads for me but maintenance is still ongoing.
