They mentioned in the the patch notes for the mega update that they added the mechanics related to the Aqua stones but they haven't added the means to obtain them yet.

For those wondering, the 100 stamina mission for red/blue manyus is working fine.

Thanks. Serves me right for not looking at the patch notes. Now if they can just get the Ultimate level for the Blooming Elixir quest working without breaking anything else....
