I don't believe so since I just got one from the first A-hunting We Will go! quest (go on three gatherings).

its been a while since these things showed up

I've seen one or two of those over the past month. Shame that the timer on a Seed Bearer is only 5 minutes now so that you can't really afford to let one sit around for your allies to poke at.
