Huh. Interesting that the 2/3s are getting upgrades and character quests. But going through several 100 year manyuus for Stella's evo just isn't worth it.

I haven't had to do dragon missions in a while so I forgot how awful the drop rate was for them

Honestly, just go for the whale missions and exchange the medals for dragons, it's faster.

I did the dragon missions only for the lvl 20, and even then I got more lvl 5..
