Man, they owe some major comps for the crap this weekend. I think normal office hours for them start in couple hours.

As someone who’s invested hundreds into FKG since starting, FKG is on its last legs with me in terms of remaining a paying customer. I’ll keep playing, of course, but I’m no longer willing to invest serious money in a game that treats its players this flippantly. I’ll just trust my luck to random gacha draws for future 5* and 6* characters.

If they want to retain me, FKG has to both: 1) Offer more respectable complimentary gifts than just another 5 FG for basically sinking my chances of progressing with the event this week, and 2) Have some sort of plan or commitment in place to ensure this stops happening.

It’s one thing for a major update to lead to random errors or temporary shutdowns but, c’mon, this shouldn’t be a daily problem.
