I do believe there is a Special Edition 5 Star Mint and I think it would be interesting if doing 2 Star's quest would then evolve her to 5 Star 'Thank you for believing in me'

Mint and Margaret were the two characters I evolved the very first week I started playing, so they have a special place in my heart for that reason.
I didn't bother growing any other 2* characters once I actually learned the game mechanics, of course.
