Cherry Sage just bloomed she will for sure. The rest will likely help too. Violet is the weakest.

Thanks ill put her in the queue for blooms. Right now i just bloomed Kerria today, Next line is Dendrobium followed by Queen of the Night then Cherry Sage

Well you kinda got 2 6 star dupes (the dressblooms)
You have to look at it like that

Yeah the dressblooms will be instrumental in unlocking a slot for my whale equipment for my strike team
I used one on Alpina already and i'm saving the other one for either Kerria or Dendrobium both of them still have a ways to go before max level

On another note can anyone share screenshots of Whale team so i can use something to work towards. I saved my gold and got the Attack up and i'm getting Kerria and Dendro bloomed and leveled for them, I would like to see a team that does the lvl 90 missions as i've had difficulty with all of them except the neutral type lvl 90 whale mission

Also does anyone use Defense up for specific characters?

Any tips you can give to help improve my strike team for lvl 90 whale missions?

Ideally, your first squad on your whaleship won't die. So, you should really put your best units there. Alpinia and Maple for example, should always be on your first squad, regardless of the color of the whale, unless you can form a full squad of 6* girls of the right type. Reason being, Alpinia can tank quite well, and also hits quite hard. Maple improves Alpinia's trigger rate, meaning Alpinia will get a better chance to steal HP through her special attack, further improving her "tankiness". So try to keep those two together, at least for now, until you can form specialized squads (trigger squads, debuff squads, dodge squads, etcetera). And even then, matching up Alpinia with +Skill Rate girls is always beneficial.

Remember to apply trainable abilities to all girls on your whale, especially those on the first few teams. ATK up on the first turn is a good start, since it's useful for every girl. But, Alpinia for example, benefits even more from the Recovery Boost ability.
Also, put AOE girls at the front of your squads, it improves the chance for the squads to take out an entire batch of pests.
