You can try to open a support ticket, but it's better to post it on the discord channel.

We still don't know what they did Friday to correct the problem, so maybe they need to look at your account.

It does seem to be account related. I opened a brand new account on a computer that I can't log into my normal account with, and that account is able to get in just fine. But mine? No-go. Ugh-- missing the end of the event and the whale ship. I submitted a ticket 16 hours ago, so clearly the ticket route doesn't seem to do a lot of good for "hey you guys I can't log in" problem reporting.

Have you guys noticed that the stuff Pumpkin is saying on the collection page isnt entirely translated. She is saying much more then just the stuff that is written there. Wonder how that could have happened?

Her Opening Quote is as follows:

"Hi I'm Pumpkin. It means Big and Vast in the flower language. I don't have many talents except seeing this little ghost here. I don't have hobbies but my best friend is Lantana. Huh? Ghosts? yes I can see them. Is that weird?"

Rough translation but fairly accurate based on what she says.
