debuffs work, cause Iberis made them miss a few times.... just don't rely on it.

But hey, whoever works cause these pest fights are harder than the ones on the whaleship..... 606,532 total power (653,030 with equipment according to the Whaleship stats) and even the first mission is still putting up a decent fight.... (the 2nd almost always wiping a few teams out, but always will kill off one of them when they reach the "boss")

yes, evolve them. a lot of them get some good effects, but more so, their stats should increase.

and yeah, medals is the only way i can see right now. If you can't clear the new stuff, grind medals from a different mission. speaking of...

There's this saying I sometimes hear: "there are no flawless programs, only inadequately tested ones". I suppose Nutaku devs understand this in reverse and subscribe to the school of thought that if they don't test what they are doing at all then it's as good as perfect.
