i stopped trusting the shit devs and especially community managers say, i think, at the end of burning crusade xpac in wow. devs generally know what's going on, but they would never admit anything is wrong, cause reasons. and community managers are fed what they need the people to hear.
case in point whole bfa and hots fiasko happened whilst both devs and comm.managers spew the usual horseguano about rainbows and happiness.
but i am a pessimist generally, just these days having a bleak outlook on things generally goes with what reality will be in the end.

Honestly, every time I read that I get a little angry about that. Like why did they not give me any, was I not good enough for them.

At that point in the game, I had spent a total of 980 USDs, I calculated that number when I found out about not getting them. I think I spent enough for them...
