Had that issue earlier too, either loading into the mission, or loading into a pest node. There was once when it was stuck loading a raid boss, after I refreshed 1 point was used up but my damage was 0 lol. After a few more rounds of refreshing the problem went away. For now, at least.

It was gone for me after I cleared all my browser info but it is back again, I can't do anything :/

Just managed to 3* 12-2, now I got every map 3* except for 12-5 Wooo.

xD Well I was going to sleep only had enough stamina for the low level missions, no harm getting the basic bonus stage but got this guy instead. Too used to sharing bosses, took it down myself in the end I believe haha
