I'm in the exact same situation. I've already completed every single stage and maxed out the affection of every single girl I could find so far. Should I just go ahead and sell any 3* / 4* that I have evolved AND maxed affection with if they're still weaker than my strongest 20? Or is there more stuff that can be unlocked if I max a girl's level AFTER evolving her?

It feels like that should be the goal for a completionist (which I happen to be), evolve and 100% affection a girl and then sell her before moving on to the next one.

I'm just keeping one of every girl, even if they are not in my squads. Except for 2*'s, I don't keep those around. Currently am bumping inventory space a bit, I still got 11 weeks before the girls i'm waiting for get added.

That's exactly what I've been doing, but recently I've had troubles with inventory space, plus my main team mainly consists of 4* so I'm trying to think of a reason NOT to sell my 3* girls..

So - did anyone experience problems with the missions today ?
I played a bit in the morning before the Phase 2 update, and all was well, but when I tried running a mission (both event and dragon) the game loads the map, a rather big "log window" pops open (you cant close it no matter how many times you hit the X) and once you "start" the map, you units wont move (the button is greyed out).
Seems like they did something with the game again, to break it, as this has not happened ever before, even more so before the Phase 2 event update. As it stands, I am not able to play any mission whatsoever. Anyone else ?

No problems here, but I only played in the morning.

The Log Windows is the Bug from the Feature, you have to fully clear the cache of your Browser and hard reload the game.
Then you should see the Auto-Run feature and no more log window.

It was updated like 30 minutes ago.

Im not 100% sure about what it is, but Im keeping them for "World Defensive Battle Scenario" that should appear someday. I think its nationality locked.

Exactly. Each day of the week you get maps from a different country and you can only bring in the girl from that nationality. The stages aren't that hard though. As long as you have 3 or 4 strong girls from each nationality you'll probably be fine. Also, you can choose any helper squad, regardless of nationality, so that helps out a bunch too.

I farmed Lavender's event pretty hard and it dropped lots of gifts, plus good gold and exp <3 it was beautiful <3
