But don't misunderstand the advertisement, when they say "increased drop rate" know you still have the same 0.5% to get a 6*, but IF you are lucky enough to grab a 6* (0.5%), THEN you have more chance to get a girl in spotlight (like Cattleya for now) instead of other girls of the same rarity. Anyway numbers are not shown.

This right here. The drop percentage is still the same but if you pull a 5* for example, chances are that you will get the prioritized units instead of random 5*(doesn't mean you WILL 100% get those units though...).
