Looks like she use her previous skirt as some sort of FSN Archer-esque style.

They started releasing 2nd evos last month. Sakura was one of the first, IIRC.

This patch has Lavender, (Bipinna) Cosmos, Camellia, and a girl we don't have yet (Viola).
