That would be pretty pointless, since gold is easy enough to gather anyway.
There are a lot of possibilities though, even special necklaces which increase or reduce a girls' speed by 100 are technically possible, though as far as I know, not even DMM has such a thing. But Nutaku could easily create it if they really wanted. Whether it'd be within the license to do so is another matter. They do have some freedom to do things differently, for example, the weekend gachas are different. But at the same time, they weren't allowed to make their own brides (or possibly, they were allowed to make their own brides but wanted DMM to make them, and DMM designers refused that, meaning no brides for us because Nutaku didn't want to or couldn't design its own brides. We'll never know exactly what happened there.)

Quite expensive, but on the other hand: unlimited quantities. It's something for people with bought flowergems to consider sinking their leftovers in before they expire, though girl/jewelry capacity would probably make for a better long-term investment.
And, ofcourse, there's always people who want to instantly max out their latest Flowerknight aquisition, no matter the cost.

well it may be a good deal at first but think about it: is it better to use 3 gems for a single manyulv100 or to use 3 gems on daily manyus' mission
    for extra stamina,gatherings ?

This. Spend those same 3 FGs on stamina refills + running 12-3/12-5/13 + SGs and you're likely to get at least 1 ampy AND several level 100 manyus. The "deal" is garbage (terrible investment unless you just CAN'T POSSIBLY spend the time to run those missions repeatedly with the same FGs used on stamina). I suppose it's also viable for new players who are willing to spend for an early boost, but that's still sketchy...
