@Wutan: Life Crystals never expire. The shop will restock in 8 days supposedly, which means the stuff there gets refreshed (so if you don't get X item before it restocks, you "miss out" on it forever).

Bronze units that are evolved can keep up with Silver for a while, but by the time Silvers hit Evolved level 15 they'll have caught up, more or less, to a Bronze evolved 30-40. Golds will likely catch up sooner. Does vary by unit though. I personally hate slow speeds, only using them if map shenanigans demand. However, if you are depending on powerful helper squads to power you through, this changes things, as you can use slow squads on your own and a fast, powerful helper squad to blow through and reach flag (allowing your other squads to collect chests/seeds/coins without getting killed by pests).

Overall, phase out units as new, better units catch up and surpass them. Obviously rarity limits potential stats, so don't invest too heavily in bronze units (like, don't level your bronze anymore) and silver you can level but know "eventually" you'll phase them out too due to Event golds, even if you have shitty luck in gacha.

Don't worry about your obsoleted units, even if they're evolved. They'll have their uses once nation battles get introduced, or if something funky requires you to hammer a particular weakness hard. Just build the strongest teams you can with what you get and hold on to those that no longer make the cut.

From what I understand, they're called that specifically because you can only use the girls from a specific nation during that nation's maps. You can see which nation a girl is from on their page in collections.

I thought this event will be a Magic type girl. Darn. So many manyus now lay waiting in my inventory, had to expand the capacity by 20, just to be able to do the dayli stuff I usually do (running certain quests and such). Not a fan of leaving stuff in my box so dont even bother suggesting that :P
Hope the next event will introduce a Magic type girl, a usefull one at that so I dont feel bad about leveling her up a lot just to get rid of those manuys.

You don't necessarily need 20 knights. It's not very difficult as expected.

They actually survived, so no worries about having a full party. You get to have a helper squad as well.
