I think the best method to boost your Damage is to go with Cyrtanthus because of her Skill Activation Modifier.

team 5 has 5x aoe skills too but no heal on pest nods :^)
team 3 has 5x atk up.

Yeah Team 3 is also an Option.

Your Auto Attack Damage Output is much higher than #1 but you won't Trigger Skills that often. And trust me 4% more Skill Activation (that's the case for Orchid) matters.

Camellia also buffs Defense so there is a little bit more Bulk there. In the End it's your call but both options are solid in my opinion

Or, if you still regularly visit 12-5, squad number 2, but replacing Tachibana with Evening Primrose. Then the team seriously just won't die on that map.
(That's basically what I did, both Edelweiss and Leucocoryne in my helper squad)
