Ampies are equivalent to a level 5 manyu in XP given. Matching is largely irrelevant.

As for LC, Skillblooms are hands-down the rarest option there, and if you have 6* girls, or even perhaps certain 5* girls, you might as well go for those, since LC are easily farmed in event maps ?-4 and ?-8. Manyus are nice, Ampies are nice, but both can be farmed, manyus in particular are reliably gained (and honestly, once you've played a couple months, unless you're evolving girls every few days gold isn't an issue, so you can even use level 5 manyus on level 60+ girls, so waiting for level 100s, whether from LC, SG or daily, isn't space-efficient).

Also, game WILL NOT ALLOW you to use an ampy on a girl who's maxed out on that type of ampy. Ask my Anemone

So are some 5* girls rarer in gacha than others? I mean I have good luck on pulls but I have pulled Anthurium like 6 times, I mean that takes stalking to a pretty high level.

I also have 5 Anthurium, and about the same for Chocolate Cosmos. Yet there are so many girls I have yet to draw.

While I pulled some dupes, and still didn't pull a lot of other 5*, I don't think there's any variation in how rare they are. Just RNG. (Only pulled 1 Anthurium and 1 Bipinna Cosmos so far, for example. But 2 Violets, 3 Lily Rebullem, 4 German Iris, 4 Orchid Wydler and 4 Chocolate Cosmos)

It's not a matter of rarity, it's a matter of some skills are better than others, and/or are on girls that will inevitably be used more often. Original Oncidium (5* version) is an excellent 5* with speed buff, attack buff and HP drain skill. Bipinna Cosmos is slow as molasses and only really any good in a Solar Blast team.
