If you run into problems like that (or whenever there's an update) clearing the cache is a good first step.

Short answer: Follow the Nutaku-based wiki (harem-battle).

Editors on the Wikia one had made it a point to emphasize that theirs is dedicated to the DMM version alone.

Because wikis are free to edit, it could be attributed to human error (on the harem side to be specific, since I just checked Sakura's page... because 6*s in general have around 15k-16k HP when evolved and maxed; 13k is like gold tier).
