The reason I ask is I was browsing wakame's artwork (the one responsible for the art for Black Baccara), and I came across this:

The art for this scene is vastly different than the one we received for the standard/default 6* Black Baccara, and I can't see another version of her (5* or 6*) listed in the Japanese wiki. The only difference I can see is maybe an extra scene for when we eventually unlock her Bloomed stage, but I can't see confirmation on it.

Yep bloomed girls get extra 1 scene once you get her 2nd affection to 100% (which use another type of gifts to raise em)
