If you care about this event and if you have a large amount of red manyu, go for Cherry Sage. Her -10% ATk and ATK bonus on Raid Boss help a lot in this event.
Anyway, imo Cherry Sage is still the best to upgrade first. Dodge is not that good for me and attack on 3 ennemies is not that rare. But ATK decrease is.

Best waifu gathers what leader wants most. Lavender gets a flower gem. Suzuran gets DMM points, which obviously isn't from gather.
