4000NG for 5* is darn expensive. Even for 5* of choice.

Not really seeing the problem here. At $40 each with a limit of three, I feel if anyone is silly/rich enough to shell out $120 for three 5* girls, then go for it.

Yeah, I don't have an issue with offers that take advantage of desperate people. If they want to, they're there.

Just make sure they stay separate from the actual sales. Again, no Bridal Cactus gacha, keep the $200 weekly "sales" to a minimum, etc.
