well there is a fact that its RNG. I too was pissed that I wasted 100 FGems on Premium. had I waited for the "Limited" pulls with increased rates, I might have been a much happier camper right now.
Dont do premium, save up for better rate Limited pulls.

And yeh its BS, there should be some way to get better pulls without the 3* "trash" (no disrespect towards them 3*). But no game that ever based itself on "RNG character Gacha" where money was involved did this. After all they expect you to buy tons of gold FG and use them for pulls.
If it was "real money" - "Flower gems" conversion (like what Riot does with League of Legends) that would be fine, but I hate when they go for a sick greed cashgrab that is set as "real money for gold, gold for flower gems". Going through one extra game currency diminishes the value of real money by hundreds.... Was it not for this more people would actually spend their cash on the game, I guarantee
(again, look at Riot and how they managed their ingame purchase system, much better, and the customer does not have a feeling of getting scr*wed up the ass).

Limited pulls do not increase your chances to get a certain rarity, only getting a certain girl if you DO get something of that rarity. Chances to get a gold/rainbow remain the same.

yea at least there should be a way to fast farm flowers or a way to trade 20 3 * for a 4* and 20 4* for a 5* and etc

TECHNICALLY (on average)

Every 3-4 you buy would yield a 4 star.
Every 16-17 yields a 5 star
Every 200 yields a 6 star

So not getting all 3 stars with 10 gacha is a bit unlucky. About the same chance as flipping 3 coins and getting the same side (you did not pick) all 3 times. Looking at it that way it's unlucky but not a super rare occurrence. If you get a 5 star on the other hand, it could be considered lucky, but not really either. 6 star... I don't even need to say.

The plural of anecdote is not data. Every game that has random draws has this exact same story, and the answer is exactly the same for all of them: bad luck is just that...bad luck. Nobody is picking on anyone, there's no conspiracy to withhold good draws from any one person.

The mere existence of people in the game who have drawn 6* girls (of which I am not one, BTW) shows that there's nothing wrong with the gacha draws, they're just not as common as people would like them to be. I've received exactly three 5* girls in the gacha, and one of those was the guaranteed one everyone gets at the beginning so it's really only two. Being on the bad side of the bell curve of gacha draws happens sometimes. Out of the many people who play this game, having it happen repeatedly is also going to happen sometimes. People will post about their exceptionally bad luck, and people will post about their exceptionally good luck, but hardly anybody will post about their average luck (unless it's specifically to prove that average luck happens).

Regarding farming flower gems, however, I am a little concerned that after we use up the big boost given by clearing all the maps we'll have flower gems become too scarce to get a single 10+1 draw on every round of limited gachas they put up, let alone be able to use enough to get what we want from them. The weeks where we get all gems for login rewards will help, but having only event maps to gather new gems is going to make the supply tight. Also, 12-5 might not be the last of the regular campaigns, but we have no confirmation on that as of yet. The only answer to a string of bad luck is more attempts, and they seem to want Nutaku gold to be the only way to break free of it.
