EDIT - I'm now getting to the point that 3*s Im keeping all have level 5 skills - any point in not selling extra 3*s now?

Some 4* shares the same skill as 3*; example with Ground strike skill, which Dandelion (4*) and Olive Aurantiacus (3*) have in common. Just double check for these characters before selling all your 3*.
