I spent almost 30 minutes on phone calling Probiller and while they did the purchase instead of me, so I could do the gacha, the issue itself was not resolved. I dont really wanna repeat this everytime I want to make a purchase (even if it was like once every few months, when there is a really good deal).
If you get a hang of them and manage to find a solution, please do let me know what or how you did that.
