Yup seems to be working now. Just ran it and got 90 tickets, it costs 80 stam to do as well. Pretty sure you cant actually miss any and rng just lets you get some extra coins/seeds out of it. 2k coins and 200 seeds were all I got out of it so its nothing special in that regard.
