Event Characters are weaker than the Gacha Golds, to make them still valuable. Event Characters have only the advantage of a maxed skill and all slots, something that cna be achievend in the long run for gacha characters. They made that change after implementing the first 3 Event Characters, being Lavender, Edelweiss and Mt. Lily.

Lechenaultia is strong, though. Considerably stronger then some of my gacha golds.
