1) One of the main points of the game is to constantly improve.
2) The game continues to get harder and harder.
3) On the high-end maps it is up to one team to take a road by themselves and clear all the bosses on it themselves, if the squad that takes that road cannot beat all the enemies themselves... then you can't clear the map no matter how matter how strong your other squads are.
4) Having a helper squad is mandatory so why would you purposely want a weak squad?
5) I'm not asking for the gods to descend from the heavens here. Having a 100k buffed squad (80k helper squad) is not unreasonable at all if you are above level 100. Thats just a team of mostly golds with maybe one or two good silvers.
6) I'm sorry I offended your sensibilities.
