The silver ticket is showing the same 100% rate for 4* and nothing for 6*. It remains to be seen if the gold ticket is the same, but silver tickets supposedly have a 1.5% rainbow rate (and gold tickets have 7.5%), IIRC.

So I guess the rainbow rate is still there, and Nutaku just didn't update them.
