Japanese Iris has skill level 3, Chocolate Cosmos at 2 (rest at max).
The general idea was an all-rounder team with healing node generation, reduced damage from pests, healing on pest nest nodes with a skill activation modifier and some countering. Plus all skills are multi-targetting skills.
I'm wondering if there is some better idea than a counter team for a helper, since I have other knights with better stats (for example Lechenaultia or Nasturtium). Maybe just stacking skill activation buff units (which I don't really have that many of) or stat buff ones. Then again I can still improve the countering team since I've got Snapdragon in development. Guess I'll need to experiment in a free moment or go through the team builder topic of the forum.
