Because Nameless isn't actually customer service. Not that he ever specifies that.
He is the boss of FKG team and he is working for Nutaku or whoever and any employee of Nutaku, especially him, needs to provide a good customer service(since I'm pretty sure at least basic PR is applied to any employee) otherwise people are going to look at negative perspective at FKG which is his responsibility.

Yeah but he is part of the Company and he represent them as well...and they won't respond to most Support tickets anyway.

So what happened, Wutan? I haven't been to Discord for a while so I have no idea what is up. Not that I'm missing much since it is a chat channel(means meaningless content will always be discussed there and I have better things to do than read meaningless chippers :P).
