But its not by any means bad As I said this rating does not take some factors in, such as team comp and utility. But ultimately it matters not how someone ranked those girls. since each person will be building their teams to some purpose specifically.

Exactly. Many People forget about Speed Versatiliy. It's n1 to have such a unit to adjust other Squads for specific Event Maps etc.

And Alpinia works really well in Atk Debuff Squads and Skill Activation Squads

Atk Debuff Squad = more rounds to trigger her Life Leech Attack.
Skill Activation Squad = She Triggers her Life Leech Attack more often.
