How it WAS working was that you would get 2/3 on the next counter because it was not subtracting the quests you had done.

Changing the numbers would require Quest 1 = 1 and Quest 2 = 4 which is fine for the gifts but they would then have to change the weeklies from 10 10 10 10 10 to 10 20 30 40 50 or so. Not impossible to be sure but it would be simpler just to solve the bug because that is only a few lines of code and not a near complete rewrite.

There's no subtraction on DMM. Your 1-4 gifts and 10-20-30-40-50 dailies examples are exactly how its supposed to work.
