Nope, but DMM just recently added the bloom art for Anemone (Miko) so if you're playing the game over there you have that to look forward to.

Now I need to save up for petals even more orz

They both have their art too
It really looks like it's just a grab bag for choosing who gets bloom art and who doesn't
We still have at least 5 girls who don't have their bloom art
