So much for the final race. Is there any chance it'll be there after the update?

My guess is yes. but what do I know. Maybe there wanted to ensure that peoplse didnt get the victory rewards and were being cheap, who knows. I want to see the blooms. Last couple rounds has been very disappointing for me. I don't bloom events as they a waste of resourses to me.

Why is blooming events a waste of resources? Because they're generally weaker than girls from the gacha? Or is there something else I'm missing?

They're weaker than gacha golds in every way except equipment slots. If you're not paying enough to be overflowing with rainbows or multi-slot golds then you'll definitely get use from bloomed event girls.

I cannot say except equipment slots, most of the golds I use have full equipment. That is why I have to say a waste (for me). They still worth blooming, just not for me. "Me" is the keyword.
By all means, please bloom them. They deserve love as well, I just not going to be the one to give it until everyone of high need is done by me first.

It is nice to bloom them when you have resources to spare. Most of them though sadly cant even make my nations teams
But at least show Hypericum some love I got to get her out from time to time
