I did not understand that one either, the Thursday nation mission is the only one with a working 8-5, and Defense Base is in the concept missions, and working too from what I see

They fixed the mission modifier description. Maybe that's it?

There was an issue with that mission where it took stamina from you even if you retreated, which it's not supposed to (until you clear it). I assume that's what they were referring to? I can't test it though, since I've already cleared it once.

Yeah, I was hoping to finally see what Astra Galus was saying in the seventh set of missions after reading about Tachibana trying to turn Banana Island into a No Fun Zone (among other nation storylines).

i am actually disturbed and amazed at the same time that people actually follow the lore of this game. but whatever, i did argue about the lore of oni chichi at some point some years ago, albeit a fair amount of alco was involved.

which does beg the question. some kind of tldr of game lore? please?
