OK after 5 Ultimate runs with a 1-1-3 setup, to have a 50% chance to miss that RNG chest I actually can confirm now that dumplings aren't in that chest, and thus there is no RNG involved with dumplings and ratio is static 0.5. My bad - need to change few posts XD.
