You always pay discount if you're a savvy customer and have no problems navigating your way through Japanese websites and social media.

Unfortunately, Nutaku does not have very many deals with their N Gold (they had only a couple of very limited time deals that I can remember); mostly their in-game purchases will have a form of discount.
