Our main limitation is the amount of raidpoints we have available (unless you think trading an FG for 3 raidpoints is a good deal. I don't.)
So, I'd suggest:
1) If the summoner can't kill the RB with a single weak attack of his main squad (very probable!), then he uses his main squad to hit it with a weak attack. Everybody else just pokes, but doesn't kill, unless the RB has less than an hour (maybe an hour and a half when many people are active?) left. Once it has less than an hour left, just hit as hard as you can instead of poking!
2) Share summoned bosses only with allies, unless you worry about it getting finished in time (you have to go offline, few friends online, etc)
3) Don't summon a raidboss when you can already see 2 or more summoned bosses from your allies. Save your Taste of Fall thingies for the next day or something. (reason: you might see only 2 summoned bosses, but your allies might see 4 or 5 of them, reducing the probability they'll hit yours!) Ofcourse, you may finish one and then summon a new one.
And on top of that, just a general hint: don't summon on the first day of phase 2. You'll probably be able to get a dozen public shared raidbosses that day, since far from all players read these forums. Just ignore the green ones, go for the red ones, then the yellow ones.
