I chuckled at that line. I mean has there ever been one month here, where no mistake at all has happened? I think it's necessary to take all those mistakes with a bit of humor, otherwise u'll just get mad.
But ofc this is easy for me to say, after all, I did get all my tickets in the end. Furthermore this isn't quite fitting for this case, since not getting an earned 5*+ ticket is a rather severe loss.
So just be sure you send a ticket or post it in the XO discord channel, if they have a similiar problem thread like the FKG discord channel has.
