I close the marquee when I start up the game, then usually 30 minutes before maintenance, it comes back up and says stuff along the lines of "We will be entering maintenance at (30 minutes from now), please be sure to log out" blah blah blah.

I wasn't up early this morning so I didn't log in before maintenance like I do in previous weeks, but that marquee is usually the case.
