Given any team can get the buff as long as they pick up the sword thing.

I honestly don't know how I feel about this... It is a weaker ability BUT anyone can use it....

From what I could tell from using the guest party for the current even the boost stacks with other skill activation abilities. I think the "Can't be duplicated" thing means you can't get 6 panels if you have another unit that can spawn rainbow panels.

The heal is for only the team that picks it up. The skill rate buff is for all teams. It'd be useful against super bosses capable of wiping teams, but not whaleship battles.

That's why I didn't see her from the events, she's another code girl.

I decided to bloom Scarlet Tulip since I had the bloom birds and gold potion to spare and Lilywood's daily is active. I managed to get one of the two petals I used back so far without having to refill my stamina so things are looking decent.

She will be really good next week against the RB. I really like her bloom.
