I changed my Helper to Lilywood in advance



Know y'all told me it wasn't necessary I just felt like it if anyone wants an extra set of hands

It not only isn't necessary, it makes it marginally more difficult for those who use your helper squad. The helper squad is used as-is, without excluding non-nation members. It only excludes non-nation girls from the four teams the user puts up. So keep putting your best girls in your helper squad no matter where they're from, because those who use it won't be able to have all of their best girls.

(Should also be noted that at least for now, none of this makes any difference since the maps we have now are so easy.)

I'm confused about the Helper Squads since one guy says change it while 2 guys says don't change it

why dont you try one of these battles yourself? then you'll know. it doesn't matter what country the helper squad girls are from, so not changing it is better for your allies.

I'm a different guest from the guy before, so its 3 v 1, but again, you can easily see this if you just tried one of those stages yourself.

I already tackled some of these maps as a DMM player, and as what I implied on the first page, the girls on the helper team do NOT need to be from the same nation as the rotating map.

It's more appropriate to keep your strongest girls (or waifus, etc.) in your helper team, regardless of their nationalities. Just imagine how tedious it will be for Knight Commanders to change the girls on their helpers every single day just for nation defense if the mechanics require them to be of the same nation as well.

I just finished the Lilly wood mission with a helper that Sakura in it. Skaura was able to do everything fine despite not being from Lily wood. The developers had enough foresight to know that having everyone change their helper squads daily would be a colossal pain in the arse.

I have no idea why I got confused. I feel stupid

Well yes, changing helper squad daily would suck. But thus i would have prefered it, if they disabled helper squads altogether. That way it would be more consistent and it would enhance the experience of trying to beat a map with a restricted choice of options. But that's just me.
In the end it's very FKG-like, since it's rather easy going

You can put the national team in the back of the team.

This may help you solve the problem of teammates helper.
