OMG! It's maintenance time! I still have to get Adonis level skill to 5! And I need two more challenge notes! Why why maintenance time when an event is ending! By the time it goes back event is over!

Never go by the displayed event end time in campaign, its always a few hours after the real end of the event. This is a legacy from when they messed up the end times and had the dungeons close too early.

Maintenance for the next event always starts at 11 or 12 UTC.
