Fortunately yes, mobile pests have not counted for medals. They can get to places your squads can't even reach so that's not unreasonable.
If anyone on my allies list is here: would you appreciate a slightly optimized helper squad? (4 slices - 2 rainbow, 2 gold, and Cyrtanthus). It'd be a bit of work to swap things around since I usually use set 1 but I'll do it if useful. I haven't gotten a boss to higher level yet so who knows.

I've had the battle hang on the first team on two occasions now, losing 40 choccies which is 4 hours worth of stamina. It will likely continue now and then as I have seen another person post about a similar issue :/
