so you can't say for sure what power the helper squad realy has.
but if you see a helper squad with 5 rainbow girls lvl 70 you can be sure that they will run throu anything

Also the helper squad girls will max out at the lvl of YOUR max level girl, so if you do not have a gold+ at lvl 70 yet then do that before anything else.
