For me, it stays at 10 memos for now.

I have an exclamation on the Quest button after finishing a second event map, but no completed quests on any of the tabs. Same for main and alt accounts. Anyone else have this?

Bad translation. It just means that the two bonus stages have different memo costs. The second will cost twenty.
